One of my favourite subjects.
Edinburgh during the Festival is a veritable cornucopia of fascinating people, visitors, actors, singers, mime artistes, jugglers, and of course the denizens of this fascinating city, going about their business, watching the shows, while some less fortunate people sit begging for handouts.
But even outside the month of August there are still loads of tourists, there are occasional buskers and jugglers, and sadly the beggars remain.
